Third party funding has become a fixture in international arbitration. TPF is becoming ever more relevant to capital-intensive and complex industries with high-stakes disputes, most notably construction. This panel brings together representatives from TPF firms alongside arbitration practitioners with experience working with TPF partners. The discussion will explore some of the most timely issues in this area, including TPF cost apportionment and control rights and TPF appearances in enforcement and annulment proceedings.
